We receive one-off donations on the previous solution. What does this mean for us?

Your setup will be converted to a regular MobilePay number. You can keep your number and continue receiving payments, but the Single Donations report will no longer be available for new payments received through that number. If you do not need this report, you do not need to do anything. To continue using it, you will need to order MobilePay Donations.
