How do I get started using MobilePay?
Here's how you do it:
- Download the app from App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Open MobilePay and select 'Create account'
- Enter your personal identity code
- Enter your phone number and you will receive a four-digit activation code via SMS. Enter the code you received in the app.
- Identify yourself with your online banking credentials.
- Enter your account number.
- Enter your payment card details. To add the card, you will also need your online banking credentials.
- Enter information about the origin of your income.
- Select a four-digit PIN. It is important that you choose a PIN that is not known to anyone else.
- Confirm the four-digit PIN of your choice.
- Enter your email address.
If we are unable to retrieve your legal address in public registers, we will ask you to enter your address manually.
Please remember that MobilePay is designed for personal use by private individuals. As a result, two people can't be linked to the same profile. You also can't use your personal account for business activities.
Please note that there may be a delay in receiving the activation code via SMS. If you don't receive a text message, try restarting your phone and make sure the phone number you entered is entered correctly without the first zero. If necessary, you can contact our customer support.
