Why haven't I received the money that was sent to me?
If you can see the transaction but haven’t received the money, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Make sure the account you’ve selected as the recipient account is valid and open for deposits.
- The transfer might be delayed and should be processed by the next banking day.
- The bank may have flagged the payment for review.
If you haven’t received the money by the next banking day, contact your bank.
If the bank informs us that your recipient account is not open for deposits, we will contact you and ask you to update the account details. If the money hasn’t been returned to MobilePay within a few days, it has been sent to the account you sent the money from. Contact your bank if you have further questions.
