MobilePay supports the operating systems iOS 16, Android 8 or later versions. If you have an older version of the operating system than this, you should update the phones operating system. Please notice that in case you need to use the MitID app in the MobilePay app, MitID only supports Android 10 or later versions. If your phone is too old to update to an operating system version MobilePay requires, you unfortunately cannot use MobilePay on your phone. MobilePay uses Google Play Services. MobilePay will therefore not work on phones that do not have Play Store/Play Services. If your Android phone has Play Store, you can use MobilePay.
