Why am I not able to pay to shops?
When you pay with MobilePay at an online store or use MobilePay to pay for coffee at the market, the payment will be deducted from the card you have registered in MobilePay. If the card you have registered is expired or blocked, for example, the payment will fail. Therefore, it might be beneficial to check that you have registered the correct card on your profile.
To replace the card you have registered, follow these steps.
- Select 'Me'
- Select 'Accounts and Cards'
- Select the card you want to replace
- Select 'Replace card'
- Enter the card details and add the card
