How do I get started using MobilePay?

How to get started with MobilePay:

1. Download the app from App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
2. Open MobilePay and select 'Create an account'
3. Enter your CPR-number
4. Enter your phone number og the four-digit activation you received by SMS
5. Confirm with your MitID
6. Enter your account number
7. Enter your card details. To add a card, you must also use your MitID.
8. Choose a four-digit code. It is important that you choose a code that no one else knows.
9. Enter and confirm your email
10. Enter what your primary source of income is.

If we cannot retrieve your residential address from the CPR register, we will ask you to enter your address manually.

Remember that your private MobilePay agreement is personal. Therefor, different people must not use the same agreement. You must also not use your private MobilePay agreement for business purpose.

Please note that there may be a delay in receiving the activation code via SMS. If you do not receive the SMS, you can try to restart the phone and check that the phone number entered has been entered correctly.
