How does the customer pay?

If the customer pays on their own

1. The customer scans your QR code, enters your MobilePay number or searches for your business in MobilePay.
2. The customer enters the amount or selects products and quantities, depending on your setup.
3. The customer checks and confirms the payment.
4. Check that the payment is complete in Get paid or the business portal before handing over the item or completing the sale.

If you accept payment through the Get paid app

1. Tap the Get Paid button in the Get paid app.
2. Select what the customer is paying for from the shopping basket, or enter the amount.
3. Choose whether the customer will pay by card directly on your phone or whether you will send a payment request to their mobile number.
