Do I need new stickers?

The short answer is yes. If you have MobilePay stickers, for example on your shop door or by the checkout, you’ll need to replace them with new Vipps stickers on January 12, 2027.

Before November, we’ll email you to let you know whether you need to order the new stickers yourself or whether we’ll send them to you automatically. Either way, they’re free.

Check that your postal address in the business portal is correct. If it isn’t, make sure to update it in the CVR register.
