Why haven't I received the money that was sent to me?

Payments are always sent immediately, and the money is deducted directly from the account. However, not all banks deliver - or credit - the money immediately when they transfer it to a card. Some banks deliver the money within a few minutes, while others may deliver it the next business day. But you can be sure that the money will arrive if the transaction is confirmed in the Vipps app.
