Can I create a settlement with users in other countries?

Yes! You can very easily share expenses with friends from Finland, Denmark, or Norway. Just do as usual when adding members to the settlement – enter the mobile number (remember the country code, +47 for Norway, +45 for Denmark, and +358 for Finland).
