Where can I find the VIP area?

The VIP area is located at the top of the home screen in Vipps. Inside the VIP area, you'll find two tabs: All things, which shows all levels and rewards, and My things, which shows the rewards you've selected but not yet redeemed.

If you can't see the VIP area in the app, first make sure you're using the latest version of Vipps. Update the app in the App Store or Google Play if needed.

You must also have consented to receive marketing from Vipps. You can check this under Me > Security and Privacy by enabling Basic segmentation in marketing.

If you've previously hidden the VIP area in the app, you can turn it back on by going to Me > Settings and enabling Show VIP.
