What is parental control in Vipps?

To make Vipps safe for the youngest, you as a parent (or guardian) have full visibility into what your child does in Vipps.

Visibility:

You can see who your child has sent money to and received money from
You can see all the chats to and from your child
Where your child has paid using a Vipps number
Where your child has used Tap with Vipps
Wish lists your child has created and lists they have saved from others

Turn on and off:

Whether your child can see their balance
Whether your child can send money to others
Whether your child can use Tap with Vipps
Whether your child can pay to a Vipps number
Whether your child can create and share wish lists

Blocking:

If there's someone you or your child do not want to have contact with, you can block them in your child’s Vipps

You can find everything in your own Vipps: Go to “Me” and then your child’s name. Make it a habit to go through the payment history with your child once a month.
