What does it mean when the app asks me to choose between Pay now and Pay later?

'Pay now' uses the funds available in your Klarna debit card for the purchase. 'Pay later' lets eligible customers create or use a Klarna payment plan. Choose 'Pay later' to set up a plan. To change an existing payment plan, use the Klarna app.
