How do I delete everything about me and my profile?
You can delete Vipps by selecting ‘Personal information’ under ‘Me’. Choose ‘Delete your profile’.
By doing so, you accept that we will delete or anonymize all data, such as payment and transaction history, friend payments, receipts, and chats. It will no longer be available to you, but Vipps is required to retain certain information due to legal requirements, such as for five or ten years due to anti-money laundering regulations.
How to delete a child profile:
To delete Vipps for a child, select ‘Your children’ under ‘Me’. Click on ‘Delete child’s profile’. It is sufficient for one parent to wish to delete the child’s profile. The other parent will be notified that the profile has been deleted.
