Why can't I see Klarna in Vipps?
Make sure you've updated both the Vipps app and the Klarna app to the latest app versions. Once both apps are updated and your Klarna profile is ready, you can add Klarna by following these steps:
- Open Vipps
- Tap 'Me'
- Tap 'Accounts and cards'
- Tap 'Add Klarna'
Also note that although Klarna is only available to users aged 18 or older with an active Klarna account, there may be situations where a user will not be able to obtain a Klarna account. Please see Klarna's terms and conditions for more details.
