I have bookkeeping obligations and want to use Vippskassa

Our cash register system provides a product declaration for iOS, along with additional features for businesses subject to bookkeeping obligations. To comply with the requirements of the Cash Register Systems Act, you must enable these features. This functionality will also be ready for Android very soon.

How do you enable these features?

1. Log in to the business portal
2. Choose the sales unit that you are using Vippskassa for
3. Enable the required features

Once the additional features are enabled, all activity in the registered is logged, making it easy to report to the Norwegian Tax administration. What else do you need to do?

1. The Cash Register Systems Act requires that you subject to bookkeeping obligations also must connect your phone and app to a cash draw and printer. You can read more about the specific cash draws and printers we support here. When connected to a printer receipts will automatically be printed for all cash purchases.
2. Every day, you must also close the register to generate a Z-report and record any cash. You can close the register under “Settings” in the app.
