If I have a payment card from Danske Bank and I’ve linked my Plussa number to it, what will change?

Nothing changes with your physical payment card. Just remember that your Danske Bank payment card and your Plussa card must be added separately to the MobilePay app. When you add both your Plussa card and your Danske Bank payment card to the MobilePay app, you no longer need the physical card to collect Plussa benefits, because you can collect your Plussa points and pay with the same app.
