What are the amount limits?

Amount limits for sending money:

• The maximum limit for sending money is EUR 10 000 within 7 days and EUR 40 000 within 366 days.
• Within these limits, there are also separate limits for sending money to another country:
  • To Denmark: DKK 30 000 within 7 days or DKK 150 000 within 365 days
  • To Norway: NOK 50 000 within 7 days or NOK 250 000 within 365 days
  • To Sweden: SEK 50 000 within 7 days or SEK 250 000 within 365 days

The maximum limit for payments to companies is EUR 40 000 per 30 days. There are no limits when you pay online with your card in MobilePay.

Please note that it is not possible to increase the annual limit of EUR 40 000 for 366 days.

Example: €40,000 of your annual limit has been used and you have made a transfer of €100 on 23 January 2024. In this case, you will have 100 euros available to use on 24.1.2025. The annual limit will be released as payments made after 23 January 2024 expire flexibly according to the 366 days and payment date. Please note that both incoming and sent payments between private individuals are included in the limit.
