I want to terminate my agreement

How to terminate your agreement:

1. Log in to the business portal
2. Make sure that you have downloaded all necessary reports
3. Click ‘Business profile’ on the left side
4. Click ‘Manage’ in the Merchant agreement section
5. Click ‘Terminate’ in the terminate agreement section
6. Follow the instructions and finish by clicking the red ‘Confirm termination’ button

Only administrators logged in with Banking credentials can terminate the agreement.

If you plan to use MobilePay again, it’s easier to just deactivate the sales unit and then reactivate it when you’re ready to use it. To deactivate a sales unit, log in to the business portal, click on the sales unit in the menu on the left, then select ‘Edit’ next to where it says ‘Active’. You can reactivate the sales unit in the same place whenever you need to.
