Why am I not able to pay to shops?

When you pay with MobilePay in an online store or use it to pay for coffee at the market, the payment is deducted from the card you have registered in MobilePay. If the card you have registered is expired or online payments are not enabled for the card, the payment will fail. Therefore, it might be beneficial to check that you have added the correct card to the app.

To replace the card you have registered, follow these steps:

  1. Select 'Me'
  2. Select 'Accounts and Cards'
  3. Select the card you want to replace
  4. Select 'Replace card'
  5. Enter the card details and add the card
