How to change phone number

If you have a new phone number, you can easily change the phone number in the app.

How to change phone number:

1. Select 'Me'
2. Select 'Personal information'
3. Click on the old number and follow the steps. If you are not logged in to your old number, log in with the new number and confirm that you want to change your phone number.

Oops! ⚠️Remember that the new number will be visible for those you have previously sent payments to via MobilePay. If you do not want this, you will need to delete your old profile and then create a new profile. Contact us if you are unable to delete the profile yourself.
