How do I stop a payment agreement in MobilePay?

How to stop a payment agreement:

1. Open your MobilePay app and select ‘Me’
2. Select ‘Payment agreements’
3. Select the payment agreement you want to cancel and 'cancel recurring payment'

Please be aware that cancelling a payment agreement in the app only means that you will no longer use MobilePay to pay for the specific agreement. If you want to terminate the actual agreement – and not just the payment – you need to contact the company, you have the agreement with.
