How do I delete everything about me and my profile?

You can delete MobilePay by selecting ‘Personal information’ under ‘Me’. Choose ‘Delete your profile’.

By doing so, you accept that we will delete or anonymize all data, such as payment and transaction history, friend payments, receipts, and chats. It will no longer be available to you, but MobilePay is required to retain certain information due to legal requirements, such as for five or ten years due to anti-money laundering regulations.
