Can children under 15 pay to businesses?

Yes, they can. But there are some exceptions. Children under 15 can pay to a MobilePay number-, and instore payments through a MobilePay QR-code and in selected commuter ticket applications. They cannot use MobilePay to pay online otherwise. They cannot pay from the balance by contactless payments i.e. tapping.
