When will my business account be approved?

If we can’t automatically verify your account, you’ll need to make a penny transfer. Simply send 1 Euro from your company account (the one you’ve added in the business portal) to our account. We’ll send the money right back, and as soon as we confirm the account belongs to your company, you’re good to go!

You’ll find detailed instructions in the business portal. If we still can’t confirm your account after you have done the penny transfer, we’ll email you with the further information.
