How to add a test user

Adding a test user is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the business portal
2. Go to ‘For developers’ in the sidebar. (If you don’t see this option, ask your Administrator to grant you Developer access)
3. Select the Test users tab
4. Click ‘Add a new test user’ if the option is available. Once created, the user’s new phone number and National identity number (NIN) will be provided)
