What are the amount limits?

For payments between private individuals within Sweden:

You can transfer up to 50,000 SEK to other people within 7 days—and you can send and receive a total of 250,000 SEK to and from other people within 365 days.

For payments to businesses:

For payments to businesses, you can pay up to 300,000 SEK within 30 days.

For online payments:

There are no spending limits when you pay with a card in online stores through Vipps. The limits set by your bank for your debit card apply here. You can contact your bank to find out if there are any spending limits for your debit card.

For payments to other countries (Denmark, Finland, and Norway):

We have different transaction limits for each country. The limits below include the total amount you can send and receive in the Vipps app across countries.

Within 7 days:

• Sweden: 50,000 SEK
• Denmark: 30,000 DKK
• Norway: 50,000 SEK
• Finland: 4,500 EUR

Within 365 days:

• Sweden: 250,000 SEK
• Denmark: 150,000 DKK
• Norway: 250,000 SEK
• Finland: 20,000 EUR
